轻工机械行业的设计管理 学号：201431204016 姓名：祝岳铭 指导老师：陈敬武 2015年5月22日 轻工机械行业的设计管理 摘要： 设计管理师对设计的整个过程进行的有效管理，整合企业各部门及其资源，实现最大利益的科学。机械行业的设计管理包括企业设计战略、设计目标管理、设计程序管理、设计系统管理、设计质量管理、知识产权管理六个方面。机械设计管理案包括：重视机械产品的研发和设计；坚持设计创新，实施设计创造市场的战略；设计师责任制和创造中心等。 这样的探讨不仅仅是对设计管理理论一种新的分解，更重要的是试图在以人为中心的各项设计过程中重新探讨更优化的可能性。工程机械企业运作管理的程序应以“人”为中心展开，以系统的角度看设计管理，设计策略、设计组织、设计沟通等是构成设计管理的重要因素。该理论是建立在设计的主体人的不同层次的定位之上的，分别以消费者、管理者、设计者等不同层次的角色审视设计管理，探讨面向消费者的设计策略，以管理者为中心的设计组织的运作管理、以设计者为中心的设计沟通。 关键词：企业设计管理；机械行业；设计创新；以人为本 The Design Management Investigation Of Light Machine Industry Abstract：The design management is the science which is going on the effective management to the whole process of the design and integrate the parts and resources owned by enterprise to realize the most efficiency. The light machine industry design management includes enterprise’s design strategy management，design target management，design process management，design system management，design quality management and intellectual property rights management。 The design management scheme of the light machine industry includes paying attention to the research and design of the machine product。Insisting on the design innovative and the strategy of design creating the market This article summed up the general theory system of design management. On the basis of it,innovate the people-oriented concept of the design management, and analyze various aspects of the design management from a new perspective. This is not only a new decomposition of design management, but also is to re-examine the better possibility in the human-centered design process.
