According to the target of training undergraduate talents from software industry and software engineering, it is important to make the closer cooperation between software enterprise and university in multi-linkage, industry-university collaboration and practice education. Based on the research of the present situation and the existing problems of cooperative education between the industry and university, a win-win interaction model was put forward in this paper by constructing the multi-party interaction and making the cooperation between the industry and the university; then the cooperative platform was established to realize the multi- linkage; along with the description on its idea and construction context.
