职业倦怠论文：合肥新闻从业者职业倦怠研究 【中文摘要】随着我国新闻事业的发展,新闻工作节奏不断加快,新闻工作给从业者带来了前所未有的压力,在他们身上出现了疲劳、苦闷压抑、严重焦虑、工作没有激情,能力下降等现象。职业倦怠逐渐成为新闻从业者不可回避的问题。作为社会守望者,舆论监督的主要参与者,新闻从业者的从业状态对社会有着重大影响,他们的职业倦怠应当受到的关注。本文以合肥新闻从业者为研究对象,通过问卷调查和深度访谈,对他们的职业倦怠状况进行了分析和探讨。研究发现,合肥新闻从业者的职业倦怠状况不容乐观,个别岗位职业倦怠严重。全文分三个部分,第一部分介绍了研究的背景,和意义,职业倦怠研究综述和研究方法。第二部分描述了合肥新闻从业者的基本情况,并从情绪耗竭、疏离、低效能感三个维度对职业倦怠程度进行测量,分析探讨导致职业倦怠的个体因素和组织因素。从新闻从业者的性别、年龄、学历、人格特征、工资收入、职务、对媒体组织满意度忠诚度等方面综合考察职业倦怠出现的诱因,比较不同媒体的新闻从业者职业倦怠水平的差异,分析其原因。第三部分是针对引起新闻从业者职业倦怠的原因提出相应的对策,包括新闻媒体组织和从业者个人的干预思路、具体措施。 【英文摘要】Along with the development of journalism, news working rhythm is accelerating and journalism brought an unprecedented for practitioners of pressure, and the emergence of fatigue and depression to serious anxiety, depression, work without passion, reduced ability to wait for a phenomenon.Job burnout gradually become news practitioners inevitable problems.As social watchers, the main participants in the supervision by public opinion, the working state of News practitioners has a significant effect on the job burnout, they should be more attention.This paper with Hefei news practitioners as the research object, by questionnaire and depth interview, about their career burnout situation were analyzed and discussed. Study found, Hefei new-s practitioners are not optimistic about burnout, individual post job burnout serious.Full text points three parts, the first part introduces the research background, objective significance, job burnout research review and research methods.
