Study on the Material of Viscous Toughness Bonding Layer A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate:Pan Jun Supervisor:Prof.Han Sen Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 随着我国经济的飞速发展,国家对基础设施的建设非常重视,公路作为基础设施的 建设取得了长足发展。但是由于交通量及其轴载的不断增大,许多旧沥青路面和 “白改 黑”路面层间出现了大量病害,并且新建沥青路面和桥面铺装粘结层层间所受到的剪应 力急剧增大,层间技术不足。针对以上情况,本文在现有常用乳化沥青的基础上开展了 用于粘层用的水性环氧树脂乳化沥青技术研究。 本文在分析国内外乳化沥青及改性乳化沥青的发展过程、研究现状及乳化沥青的乳 化、改性和稳定机理基础上,制备了两种满足规范要求的普通乳化沥青,并配制出两种 水性环氧树脂乳化沥青。 通过层间直接剪切和层间拉拔等试验,对水性环氧树脂乳化沥青粘结性能的影响因 素进行了分析,并将水性环氧树脂乳化沥青与普通乳化沥青、高性能改性乳化沥青粘结 性能进行对比研究,提出了用作粘层的高粘韧性水性环氧树脂乳化沥青材料组成及粘结 性能评价方法和技术指标。 关键词:水性环氧树脂乳化沥青,粘结性能,层间抗剪强度,层间抗拉强度,极值 位移 i Abstract With the rapid development of economy in our country, the state attaches great importance to the infrastructure construction, highway as the construction of infrastructure has made great progress.
