关怀教师生命:生命教育的深度观照
摘 要
随着生命教育在我国推行的进一步深入, 教育的生命性不断得到认可
并逐步达成共识,为此,学生生命在教育实践中得到了极度的彰显。而相
比对学生生命的关照而言,对教育中的另一个重要的主体——教师的生命
关怀则被不同程度的遮蔽。
本研究以生命教育为切入点,通过对大量透视教师生命现状案例的分
析、归因,试图找出当下教师生命现状呈现的特点和规律,以期为教师生
命质量的提升、教师生命的和谐发展提出切实可行的策略。
关怀教师生命是一项巨大的工程,这个工程的实施需要社会、教育系
统和教师自身共同的努力,通过本研究的探讨期望能在社会、教育系统和
教师自身的协调努力下,教师生命可以在关怀的温暖中“诗意地栖居”。

Abstract
Carries out further thoroughly along with the life education in our country ,
the education life unceasingly obtains the approval and gradually achieves
the mutual recognition, for this, the student life obtained in the education
practice has been extreme reveals. But comparing looking after student life to
caring teacher life, another important main body – teacher in education has
been concerned during varying degree camouflage.
This research as cuts into the spot take the life education, through to
analyzes the massive perspectives about teacher life present situation cases, and
turns over to because, attempts to find characteristic and rule which discovers
the teacher life present situation to present immediately, and try my best to
obtain practical feasible strategy of the teacher life quality promotion and
teacher life harmonious development proposes.
Shows caring for the teacher life is a huge project, carrying this project to
implementation needs the society, the education system and the teacher
themselves endeavor to do together, through this research discussion
