西藏大学硕士研究生学位论文第II页ABSTRACTIndustrial-parkinourcountryhadbeensetupanddevelopedfrom1979inShenzhenspecialzone,ithasbeentheimportantforcetopromoteandcarrythedevelopmentofregionaleconomic,alsogrownupasaincreasingpolarofregionaleconomy.Ourindustrialparksexistinagreatnumberandallkindsoftypes,anddistributewidely.Atthebackgroundofeconomicglobalization,thelocalgovernmentadjuststheindustrialstructureconstantlyandintegratestheresourcesofindustrialparks,makesuseofinformationizationtoformafewnewindustrialdevelopmentareasfocusedonimprovingindustrialparks,whichwillbemadeasthepioneeroflocaleconomicdevelopmentagain.AsChengDuhasbeentheoneofthecentralcitiesinthewesterndevelopingregions,itwillmeetwiththeunprecedentedopportunitiesandchallenges.ChengDuhasbecomethereformingtestareaofplaningurbanandruraleconomicandsocialdevelopmentasawholeinourcountryin7thjune,2007,Sothestrategycanprovidethedevelopmentofindustrialparkswithpolicyindemnification.Inthecurrentcircumstances,therehavebeenthekeyfactorsthathowtocoordinatewiththedevelopmentofindustrytomakegooduseoftheindustrialresources,howtomakearesonalbleanalysisaccordingtotheconditionofindustrialparksofChengDu,andfindouttheadvantageanddiffrenceamongthemtopromotethelevelofindustrialparks.Accordingtomanytypesofeconomicdevelopmentandthesituationofindustrialstructure,combiningwiththedifferentrequestsofeconomictimes,wedivideindustrialparksintotraditionalindustrialparks,high-techparksandheadquartersbase,whichhasthefuturedevelopmenttrends,definethebackground,featureandfunctioninthedifferentstagesofdevelopingprocessandgetclearofthe西藏大学硕士研究生学位论文第III页governmentfunction.Combiningwiththecurrentsituationandcategories,thethesisdealswithstudyofindustrialparksofChengDutoanalyzetheoppotunity,treaty,strength,weakness,andillustratestheproblemswhicharefoundinindustrialcluster.Thentakeshi-techzonesandheadquartersbaseasexamplesandanalyzetheproblemsandsituationwhichtheyareconfrontedbyMakinganinvestigationandfromthesightoftheinscapeofindustrialparks.Intheendputforwa
