首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文我国投资银行业务监管问题研究姓名：张琳申请学位级别：硕士专业：金融学指导教师：吴世中文提要投资银行是现代金融业的重要组成部分，虽然叫做“银行”但并不经营银行的传统业务，而是帮助企业完成直接融资、并购重组、资产管理等业务的金融中介机构，以价值发现为其核心目标。在投资银行业务活动中，风险一直是一个突出的问题，本次美国次贷危机进而引发的全球性经济危机就与投行业务密切相关，因此，研究投资银行监管问题对我国投资银行的发展具有很重要的现实意义。我国的投资银行发展时间短，业务范围窄，在其发展的过程中亦产生了一些问题。本文尝试对我国投资银行目前监督管理中存在的主要问题进行讨论，指出我国投资银行业务监管所存在的问题，并提出完善建议。本文主要分为七章。第一章，简要介绍本文的研究背景和思路；第二章，介绍投资银行业务相关理论；第三章，介绍了投资银行业务的主要风险；第四章，阐述了美国次贷危机的发生过程，分析了风险来源，介绍了危机前美国对投行业务的监管模式并分析了该模式的监管缺陷；第五章，说明了我国投资银行业务的发展情况并引出我国监管体系中亟待解决的问题；第六章，针对提出问题，给出完善建议；第七章，总结全文，提出结论。主题词：投资银行经营风险监管IIAbstractInvestmentBankisanimportantpartofthemodernfinancialindustry.Calledasabank,itdoesnotcarryonbankingtraditionalbusiness,buthelpenterprisecompletethedirectfinancing,mergerandreorganization,assetmanagementbusinessasafinancialintermediary,withitscoreobjectivestodiscoverthevalue.Intheinvestmentbankingactivities,theriskhasalwaysbeenaprominentissue.TheU.S.subprimemortgagecrisis,inturncausedtheglobaleconomiccrisis,iscloselyrelatedwithinvestmentbank.Therefore,itisveryimportanttostudytheregulationofinvestmentbanksfortheirdevelopmentinChinaatpresent.TheChinasinvestmentbanks,withashorttimeandnarrowbusinessscope,haveledtosomeproblemsinthecourseofitsdevelopment.ThisarticleattemptstopointoutanddiscussthemainproblemsinthesupervisionandmanagementofChinasinvestmentbankscurrently,andtomakesoundrecommendations.Thisarticleisdividedintosevenchapters.Thefirstchapterbrieflydescribesthebackgroundofthisresearchandideas;secondchapter,introducingtheinvestmentbankingbusinessrelatedtotheory;thirdchapterdescribestheprincipalrisksofinvestmentbanks;fourthchapterdescribestheoccurringprocessofUnitedStatessubprimemortgagecrisis,analysisoftherisksources,thesupervisionmodelofU.S.investmentbanksbeforecrisisandanalysisofthedefects;fifthchapterdescribesthedevelopmentofChinasinvestmentbankingbusinessandtheproblemsintheregulatorysystemthaturgentlyneedtosolve;6thchapter,forquestionsraised,givesoundrecommendations;seventhchapter,sumupthefulltextofconclusions.[Keywords
