华中科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractWiththefurtherdevelopmentofeconomy，theproblemofChineseemploymentexposed，forwhichourcountrieshavetakenactivemeasures，andproposedthenewideas--upholdentrepreneurshiptopromoteemployment.Amongentrepreneurialpathinnovativeentrepreneurshipnotonlycouldbeabletoprovidemorejobs，whichhelpsolvetheemploymentproblems，butalsobeontheimportantofcountryseconomicgrowth.Previousfindingsdemonstratedthatinthecourseofentrepreneurshippeoplewhohaveworkexperiencewereinthedominant，butveryfewpeoplechosetheinnovativeentrepreneurialpathandmorepeoplechosetheimitativeentrepreneurialpath,whichhaveverylimitedcontributionstoeconomicandemploymentgrowth.Aspeereffectsexistedinotherfields，theremayalsobeintheentrepreneurialfield，thispaperattemptedtoexploretheimpactmechanismoftheentrepreneurialpathwithpeereffectstoimprovethesuccessrateofentrepreneurialpath，andprovidedatheoreticalbasisforpotentialentrepreneurstochooseinnovativeentrepreneurialpath.Theentrepreneurialpathselectionbeganwithidentifyingentrepreneurialopportunities，soitwasveryimportanttofindandidentifyinnovativeentrepreneurialopportunities.Atfirstthispaperexploredthemethodhowtojudgewhetheranindividualisanentrepreneur，howcouldhefindandidentifytheentrepreneurialopportunitiesandthematchingrelationbetweentheentrepreneurialopportunitiesandtheentrepreneurialpath.Thenthispaperdiscussedtheeffectofdiscovering，identifyinganddevelopingtheentrepreneurialopportunitiesbytheentrepreneurs’peersduringthecourseinthetransitionfromemploymenttoentrepreneurs，includingtheeffectofcognitiveofentrepreneurialopportunities,riskperceptionandventureresourceintegration,andfurtherdiscussedtheimpactmechanismwiththepeereffectsonchoiceoftheentrepreneurialpath.Finallythispaperexploredtheimpactoftheorganizationandfamilymemberstotheentrepreneurialpathwiththepeereffectsthroughasinglecase(nested)analysis.Throughtheanalysisanddiscussionofcases，theeducationorexamplefunctionofpeereffectsinentrepreneurialII华中科技大学硕士学位论文cognitiveandtheeducationorhelpfunctioninresourcesinte
