浙江大学硕士论文 杭州文化创意产业的集聚特征分析和发展对策研究.PAGE .摘 要创意产业的概念，源于英国布莱尔政府，是一个相当新颖的学术、政策和产业范畴。新经济时代，信息与网络技术的发展，导致文化与技术、与经济的融合，极大的推动了创意产业实践在全球的发展。它强调个人的创造力，通过市场化运作，创造社会财富，拓宽就业领域，成为世界各国和城市政府倡导的推动经济成长的新产业。本文在对比分析了世界各国主要的创意产业研究报告的基础上，得出创意产业具有本地化发展和集聚发展的空间特征。文章以杭州市的文化创意产业为研究对象，归纳得出其发展的三个阶段模式，认为杭州文化创意产业发展经历了从自发发展向分部发展，再至全面发展的过程。随着集聚发展的成熟，集聚所选择的区位空间和参与集聚的行为主体也日趋多元化。作者认为，政府的作用也应从直接参与扶持产业发展向培育产业发展环境过渡。论文分为八章。第一章阐述了选题的背景、意义和研究框架。第二章整理了国内外创意产业的相关研究成果。第三章是对文化创意产业基本概念和发展的归纳分析，作为其后章节的理论铺垫，得出文化创意产业本地化发展和集聚发展的空间特征是其本身的产业特征所导致的结果。第四章分析了杭州创意产业发展的阶段以及相应的时代背景和条件，以及目前杭州规划发展十大文化创意产业园区的情况。第五章认为杭州文化创意产业具有空间融合、产业互补、政府驱动三大特征，对于促进杭州调整经济结构、加快城市功能转型、推进传统制造业向高增值产业升级具有重要意义。第六章提出文化创意产业必须走集聚式发展之路，以促使创意产业链的形成。第七章探讨促进杭州文化创意产业进一步集聚发展的政策扶持体系。最后，得出结论，杭州文化创意产业还需在园区的基础上依靠集群发展。AbstractThe concept of creative industries is an innovative academic and policy area, which first introduced by Blair government UK. In the modern times, with the development of information and web technology, the global creative industries progressed rapidly. It emphasized on the personal creativity with the appropriate marketing, created social wealth, widen the employment, and thus leading to an industry welcomed by every country and city. Based on the comparative analysis of creative industries of major countries, this paper concluded that creative industry has two spatial marks: localization and concentration. In this paper, creative industry of Hangzhou is the research object. Through the study of this object, three development model stages of this industry will be concluded, and the development process of Hangzhou creative industry, which experienced from spontaneous gathering to official concentration and will to market-directed finally, has been clarified. With the development of cluster, the locations have been chosen and the participants who involved in it are becoming increasingly diversified.
