基于UG-NX-5.0软件在凸台加工中的应用(毕业设计).docVIP

摘 要 本文对数控编程的基本知识进行了简单的概述，通过文字和树状图对数控编程的方法、步骤进行了介绍；列举UG NX 5.0软件的8个特点，分别对CAD/CAM/CAE等常用功能模块进行了简单的概括，以图片的形式对数控编程步骤进行了简单的阐述，从中找出传统手工编程与基于UG NX 5.0的数控编程在方法步骤上的不同，分析两种数控编程方法的优缺点，以便在今后的工作中筛选使用正确的方法对零件进行编程加工；利用UG 5.0 软件画出加工零件的三视图，在对加工零件进行工艺分析，制作工艺参数表，使用UG NX 5.0软件对零件进行建模，加工，经过后处理得到加工程序。 关键词：数控编程 UG NX 5.0 凸台Abstract This article has carried on the simple outline to the numerical control programming elementary knowledge, through the writing and the dendrogram to the numerical control programming method, the step has carried on the introduction; Enumerates UG the NX 5.0 softwares 8 characteristics,
