体育教育专业学生教学能力培养现状调查分析___以山东省师范院校排球主修生为例.pdfVIP

摘 要 师范院校是培养未来教师的重要基地，体育教育专业学生未来将要走上体育教师 的岗位，鉴于目前排球主修生教学能力的培养以及研究现状，开展这项课题研究,为 提高排球主修生的教学能力提供参考。本文主要运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数 理统计法等方法，对山东省师四所师范院校体育教育专业排球主修班学生的排球教学 能力的培养现状进行调研，分析影响其教学能力发展的因素并提出相应的对策。最终 总结分析，得出以下主要结论： 1.四所师范高校体育教育专业学生的培养目标，符合《全国普通高等学校体育教 育本科专业课程方案》中对高校体育教育专业学生培养要求。排球主修课程的开设时 间安排和教材选用上比较统一，授课内容安排具有较高的相似性。 2.排球主修课任课教师对学生教学能力培养的重视程度较高，但学生所具有的专 项教学能力水平与教师对该项能力培养重视程度不成正比，学生的教学能力总体处于 中等水平。学生的课程开发能力是教学能力中最差的，其次为教学实施能力，即学生 的具体实践操作能力有待加强。考核中对专项理论的重视程度不够，容易造成学生专 项理论知识的缺失。 3.学生专项教学能力的发展受到自身所掌握的专业基础知识、技能、学习动机、 态度、语言能力和观察能力等自身因素的影响，同时还受到教师培养的注重程度和教 师自身能力限制等教师因素和教育、教学环境、社会环境等因素的影响。 4.现阶段排球主修生的教学能力比较差，应采取建立排球教学能力的指标体系、 将教学能力列入学期考核内容、增加学生教学实践的机会以及提高学生学习与思考能 力等多种措施促进学生教学能力的培养。 关键词：体育教育；排球；教学能力；培养现状 I Abstract Normal university is to cultivate the future teacher’s important base, the students who studying in physical education will come to P.E. teachers’ jobs, In consideration of the volleyball majors teaching ability training at present and research current situation, carry out the research, for enhances the student’s teaching ability to provide reference.
