Research and development of dynamic toe-in detection system A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate:Yu Dong Supervisor:Prof. Ma Ronggui Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 目前汽车车轮侧滑检测中存在诸多问题——非独立悬架和独立悬架类型汽车侧滑 检测存在差异,滑板式侧滑试验台检测距离比较短,检测准确性和精度都不高,检测重 复性较差等。本文针对这些问题分析了侧滑产生的机理、外倾和前束对汽车车轮侧滑的 影响以及目前常见侧滑检测设备的优缺点,设计了双滚筒式侧滑检测试验台,提出了基 于双滚筒式侧滑检测试验台的前束动态检测系统的解决方案。 本文设计的硬件系统包括电源、信号调理、控制三个模块,分别完成对硬件的供电, 信号的处理和对电机的控制,文章给出电路原理图和 PCB 图。软件系统设计有标定、 数据管理、参数设置三个模块,均运用Visual C++和ACCESS 数据库进行开发。 通过车辆的实际检测与分析,证明本系统方案设计合理、检测结果精度高、检测速 度较快,检测调整同时进行,有效提高整个汽车检测线的检测效率。 关键词:汽车转向轮,侧滑,前束,侧滑检测试验台 i Abstract There are many problems exist in present vehicle wheel sideslip detection——the detect difference between rigid axle suspension and independent suspension, the short detect distance of the slide type sideslip test station, low accuracy and poor reproducibility. Aiming at these problems, the paper analyzed the sideslip mechanism, the impact of camber and toe-in to sideslip, the relative merits of present common sideslip detection equipment, designed double drum sideslip test station and put forward the dynamic toe-in adjustment detection system based on double drum sideslip test station. There are three modules in the hardware: power supply, signal recuperate and controlling, which respectively supply power to hardware, dispose the signal and control the electrical machinery.
