本科毕业设计（论文） 题目：基于虚拟仪器的汽锅漏气检测系统的设计与实现 Boiler leak detection system design and implementation based on Virtual Instrument  诚 信 承 诺 我谨在此承诺：本人所写的毕业论文《基于虚拟仪器的汽锅检测系统的设计与实现》均系本人独立完成，没有抄袭行为，凡涉及其他作者的观点和材料，均作了注释，若有不实，后果由本人承担。 承诺人（签名）： 年 月 日 摘　要 【摘要】本课题构建基于虚拟仪器的汽锅漏气检测系统，并能实现软件检测判断功能。在对汽锅漏气性检测时，采用待测汽锅和好的汽锅中间通过差压传感器进行连接，输入并记录汽锅充气后一段时间差压传感器的压力变化，并能自动判别汽锅是否漏气。它采用PCI8193数据采集卡实现多通道的数据采集。基于虚拟仪器LabvIEW实现对差压信号进行检测，进行数据数据输入、标度转换、数据处理，多路数据的实时显示，实现差压变化曲线的显示和自动记录，并将结果和信息存入Access数据库中，建立数据管理和查询系统，实现历史数据的存储记录、回放功能。 有些工厂涉及到汽锅，涉及到气压，也就设计到了汽锅漏气的安全性检测，因此将传感器与虚拟仪器相结合构建汽锅漏气性监测系统汽锅漏气性检测系统具有广阔的应用前景。 【关键词】LabvIEW；虚拟仪器；漏气检测 Boiler leak detection system design and implementation based on Virtual Instrument Abstract 【ABSTRACT】The subject construction is based on the detecting system of boiler leak in virtual instruments. It also involves the function of testing and judging the software. When testing the boiler leak, we employ the method of connecting the economic boiler and steamer with differential pressure pick-up. After the boiler being inflated for a while, we record the pressure change of differential pressure pick-up and we can distinguish the boiler being leaked or not automatically. The method adopts the PCI8193 data acquisition module to realize acquiring the data through multichannel. Based on virtual instrument LabVIEW it can test the differential pressure signal input data convert the scale process data and display the multichannel data in real time. Thus we can show the differential pressure variation curve which can be recorded automatically. We store results and information in the Access data base and build up the system of data management and query. So we can realize the function of play backing the records of storing historical data Some factory are related to the boilers, related to pressure, as well as related to testing the safety of boilers leak, so the sensor combined with the virtual instrument for a boiler leak
