Through importing, digesting and absorbing the rolling technologies and equipments, as well as self-innovation of technology-equipment-product-service integration, Chi- na ’s iron and steel rolling technology has stepped into the world ’s leading position. And the industrialization process has been generally finalized. When stepped into post industrialization stage, the new road to industrialization must be taken and the ecological iron and steel rolling technology system must be built, in order to solve the problems of resource, ener- gy and environment faced by us, and realize “green production, produce green”,so that to enforce the harmonious, smooth and sustainable development of the steel rolling industry.
