Abstract
Ithasbeenregardedas a coretopic,toresearchasolutionoftheproblemson
competitionconflict,benefitallotmentandincentivemechanismbetweensupply
chainpartnerships.Addressestothetop,thisdissertationmakesadetailedresearch
withthetheoriesandmethodsofGameTheory andInformationalEconomics
purposesthattheoperationefficiencyofsupplychaincanbetotallyincreased.The
textiscomposedwithsixsections:
1.Section1definestheconcept,givesthetraitsofSupplyChain,expatiatethespirit
ofSCM (supplychainmanagement)anditsrelationswithothertraditional
managementtheories.Thissectionalsopresentsthemaincontentsofthisthesis,
basedonsomeevidenceofachievementandtrendofresearchesinSCM.
2.ThissectiondescribestheprincipleanddetailedprocedureofconstructingaSCM
system.Italsomakesapreciseanalysisandstudyonthekeymechanismsdefined
ascoordinatingmechanism,incentivemechanism,decision-makingmechanism
andself-disciplinemechanism.
3.Thissectionproposesthattherearefourkindsofgamesthatexistinthesupply
chainsystem,accordingtothecompetitiontheoryofMichaelBaud.Italsotakesa
theoreticalandmethodologicalanalysisonthebehaviorsinrespectsofsymmetric
informationandasymmetricinformationtogiveevidenceondecision-makingof
differententerprises,andtoimprovethetotalefficiencyoftherunningofsupply
chain.
4.Thissectionanalyzesanddescribesthecharacteristicsandtargetsofthealliance
betweenpartnersinsupplychain.Basedonthisanalysis,itdesignsacomparably
perfectharmonizingmechanism,inaspectsofnegotiation,allotmentandstorage,
tomeettherequirementofmutualbenefitandmutualprofitinnegotiation
betweenpartners.
5.Basedonthetheoryandmethodsofprincipal-agentsuggestedinInformational
Economics,thissectionproposesadesigningprincipleofincentivemechanism
betweenthemanufacturerandthedealeronabasisof8effectofbrand.And
