Medicine of TCM Author:Xing Wei Tutor:Professor Zheng Xin Abstract Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of feiluoning mixture for phlegm-heat obstructing lung type Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) and the effect on the levels of TNF-α, CRP of serum, and find out the relationship between levels of TNF-α, CRP of serum and Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods:90cases of selected Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)patients were divided into traditional chinese medicine group （group A 30 cases), traditional chinese medicine add antibiotics group (group B 30 cases), antibiotics group (group C 30 cases) three groups, group A using Feiluoning mixture treatment, group B using Feiluoning mixture add antibiotics treatment, group C for medicine by antibiotics treatment, 2 weeks after treatment, patients were observed the clinical symptoms and signs change.the blood routine,pulmonary function and artery blood gas analysis change and TNF-α、CRP of the blood changed. Result: the clinical score of three groups are significantly lower than before (P0.05), group A and group C do not have obvious difference (P0.05), B group is better than A and C group (P0.05)，A group is the second; the symptoms efficacy of three groups are compared, B group is better thanA and C group (P0.05)，A group is the second;the blood routine,pulmonary function and artery blood gas analysis of three groups are all improved, B group is the most obvious ，A group is the
