几种变速器方案的比较 不同变速器的传动效率比较 不同变速器的油耗比较 离合器冷却Clutch cooling 为防止离合器过热,离合器有一个独立的冷却油流,由于冷却过程会有少量动力损失,冷却油流被控制器控制是必要的,最大冷却量20l/min。离合器冷却与离合器控制是同时进行的,变速箱控制单元依照冷却需求控制N218,N218推动离合器冷却阀的活塞,依据控制压力,一个相应油流从系统油压中分离出来导向离合器。N218有一个压力特性曲线,也就是说当N218损坏后,全部的冷却油流总能被提供。 To prevent the clutches from overheating, they are cooled with a separate oil flow. To minimise power losses due to the clutch cooling, the cooling oil flow is controlled as necessary by the cooling oil controller. The maximum cooling capacity is approximately 20 l/min. The clutch cooling is switched on at the same time as the clutch control is activated. The gearbox control unit controls the N218 according to cooling demand. The control pressure of the N218 acts on the piston of the clutch cooling valve. Depending on the control pressure, a corresponding flow of oil is derived from the system oil pressure and led to the clutches. The N218 has a falling flow/pressure characteristic.
