内蒙古科技大学本科生毕业设计说明书题 目：年产300万吨合格铸坯铁水预处理系统设计学生姓名：魏 延学 号：0703102214专 业：冶金工程班 级：2007-2班指导教师：富晓阳年产300万吨合格铸坯炼钢精炼系统设计 摘要：铁水预处理是指在进入炼钢炉之前预先脱除某些杂质的预备处理过程，包括预脱硫，预脱硅，预脱磷，铁水预处理是目前钢铁企业工艺技术结构调整、增铁节焦、改善钢材质量、扩大纯净钢冶炼品种、提高钢铁产品竞争力和附加值的最有效途径。本文通过对铁水预脱硫、预脱磷、脱硅发展现状，预脱硫、脱磷、脱硅基本原理，预处理剂，处理方法和处理效果的比较研究，在此基础上，通过参考大量文献资料并结合国内外多家大型钢铁厂的生产实践，全面考虑设计车间的经济性、先进性、环保性，设计了一套当前先进的铁水“三脱”预处理系统，即KR脱硫，转炉脱磷、脱硅。本设计对KR搅拌脱硫装置，料仓，扒渣及除尘设备和脱磷转炉、供氧系统、供料系统、除尘系统等方面进行了详细的计算和设计，同时对一些与设备有关的工艺参数进行了优化设计。关键词：铁水预处理；KR脱硫；转炉脱磷、脱硅Abstract：Iron pretreatment refers to steel furnace in advance into the prepared some impurity removal process， Including pre-desulfurization， pre-silicon removal， pre dephosphorization， Hot metal pretreatment technology is the restructuring of steel industry， coke by rail， to improve the steel quality， and expansion of clean steel smelting varieties， improve competitiveness and value-added steel products， the most effective way.
