THE RESIDENTIAL VISIT TO NORTH WALES 2014 Departure : 12.00 p.m. Friday 5th September 2014 Return : 4.30 p.m. on Monday 8th September 2014 PARENTS’ INFORMATION BOOKLET This booklet contains the important information that you need to know about the forthcoming Residential Visit. Children cannot be contacted through this number unless there is an emergency. Similarly the children will not be able to use the telephone to call out. We will contact you using the number(s) you provide on the medical and consent form if there is a need to do so. Children must not bring a mobile phone on the Residential Visit. This is usually posted quite late in the evening (often after 10 p.m.) so you may wish to wait until the next day to go on-line to look at it. If you do not wish your child to appear on photographs that may be posted online please let the school office know in writing. J.
