So, this paper systematically analyzes the existing management mode and development status quo of Chinas retail industry, wrote many opportunities for the development of retailing, and comprehensive analysis of the opportunities and challenges faced by Chinas retail industry, also write the advantages of retail development in our country, and how to improve the competitiveness of xiaogan retail with reference and help. Then further analyzes the a series of problems, affecting the development of xiaogan retail competitiveness. Finally, aiming at the existing problem of xiaogan retail at present, put forward a series of countermeasure and the suggestion, better to improve competitiveness of xiaogan retail. So, through the analysis of the status quo of domestic and xiaogan in retailing and development of a series of problems, in order to better, faster, xiaogan retailing comprehensive development, improve the level of xiaogan the life of people.
