基于中学英语反思性教学的实践的方法创新 Based on the practice of reflective teaching of English in middle schools of method innovation 一、引言 First, the introduction 笔者曾在一所高中参加了为期一周的教研员“教学实践周”活动。在此期间,笔者在高二年级执教了一节题为“Word power(词汇学习)”的研究课,教学效果良好。听课教师认为这节课生动有趣,充满了文化气息,且成功地达成了教学目标,是一堂好课。那么在平时的英语课堂教学中应该如何实现这一目标呢?笔者认为,一堂好课应该是一堂有目的、有意义的课。对于学生来说,至少要学到东西,更进一步要能够锻炼能力,进而发展到有良好的、积极的情感体验,并产生进一步学习的强烈需求。在中学英语教学中,课堂教学是否有效,主要体现在师生之间、生生之间的交流互动是否能够激发学生的学习热情,调动其学习的积极性和参与性,使其主体地位得到充分发挥,从而达到预期的教学效果。要想取得这样的课堂教学效果,教师平时需要经常反思自己的教学实践。在中学英语教学中尝试和运用反思性教学,有助于教师了解学情,钻研教材,激活课堂,使教学更具针对性和有效性。 The author has participated in a high school for a week of research staff teaching practice week activities. During this period, the author in grade 11 at the section titled Word power (vocabulary learning) study class, the teaching effect is good. Class teachers think this class lively and interesting, full of cultural atmosphere, and successfully achieve the teaching goal, is a good lesson. Then in the usual English classroom teaching should be how to achieve this goal? I think, a good lesson should be purposeful and meaningful lesson. For students, at least want to learn, can exercise ability, to further develop the good and positive emotional experience, and have the strong demand of further study. In the middle school English teaching, the validity of classroom teaching, mainly embodied in the interaction between students, between teachers can stimulate students learning enthusiasm, arouse the enthusiasm of their learning and participation, to give full play to their subject position, so as to achieve the expected teaching effect. To achieve the effect of classroom teaching, the teacher at ordinary times need to constantly reflect on their teaching practice.
