基于中学英语反思性教学的实践的方法创新 Based on the practice of reflective teaching of English in middle schools of method innovation 一、引言 First, the introduction 笔者曾在一所高中参加了为期一周的教研员“教学实践周”活动。在此期间，笔者在高二年级执教了一节题为“Word power（词汇学习）”的研究课，教学效果良好。听课教师认为这节课生动有趣，充满了文化气息，且成功地达成了教学目标，是一堂好课。那么在平时的英语课堂教学中应该如何实现这一目标呢？笔者认为，一堂好课应该是一堂有目的、有意义的课。对于学生来说，至少要学到东西，更进一步要能够锻炼能力，进而发展到有良好的、积极的情感体验，并产生进一步学习的强烈需求。在中学英语教学中，课堂教学是否有效，主要体现在师生之间、生生之间的交流互动是否能够激发学生的学习热情，调动其学习的积极性和参与性，使其主体地位得到充分发挥，从而达到预期的教学效果。要想取得这样的课堂教学效果，教师平时需要经常反思自己的教学实践。在中学英语教学中尝试和运用反思性教学，有助于教师了解学情，钻研教材，激活课堂，使教学更具针对性和有效性。 The author has participated in a high school for a week of research staff teaching practice week activities.
