班级管理硕士论文
摘 要
班级是学校开展教育教学活动的基本组织单位,也是学生在校学习生活的主要平台和载体。没有规矩不成方圆,班级管理自然成为学校和班主任工作的重要方面,班级管理的好坏直接关系着学生能否全面健康地发展。在当今社会条件下,国家与政府对农村教育的重视和扶持力度不断加大,我国的农村基础教育正发生着翻天覆地的变化,办学条件日益提高,基础设施趋于完备,师资力量不断壮大,教育教学质量稳步提升。与此同时,不容忽视的是,面对农村经济的转型与飞速发展,新农村建设步伐的加大,群众生活水平的提高及观念的改变,加上由于政策影响而形成的孩子在家庭中的角色地位等因素,农村小学管理依然面临着严峻的挑战,尤其是农村小学的班级管理问题显得更为突出。所以,广泛深入地开展农村小学班级管理探索和研究势在必行。
我自毕业参加工作以来,一直担任小学班主任工作。期间,从未间断过学习和研究,不断提高班级管理水平。在教育教学实践和调研中,班主任的管理方法更新观念,确立综合发展观构建的班级管理工作评价体系完善科学的管理理念
ABSTRACT
Class is the basic unit of the school education teaching activities, also is the main platform of students study in school life and carrier. Nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards, class management work naturally become one of the most important aspects of the school and the teacher in charge work, the stand or fall of class management relate directly whether the students comprehensive and healthy development. In todays society, under the condition of state and the governments emphasis on rural education and support are going up, our countrys great changes happening in rural basic education, managerial condition is increasing day by day, infrastructure more complete, the teachers strength growing, education teaching quality steadily improve. At the same time, should not be ignored, in the face of the transformation and the rapid development of the rural economy, increase the pace of the new rural construction, the improvement of living standards and the change of ideas, and as a result of policy formation factors such as the role of children in the family status, rural primary schools still faces a severe challenge, especially in the rural primary school class management problem is more outstanding. So, in-depth exploration and study of rural primary school class management is imperative.
Since I graduated to work, have served as a primary school teacher in charge work. Meanwhile, never continuous learning and research, and constantly improve the level of class management. In
