气吸式排种装置振动条件下的排种性能研究.pdfVIP

摘 要 本文是以免耕播种机气吸式排种装置为研究对象，首先研究保护性耕作农田的地 面对播种机排种装置的引起的激振进行测试和分析，找出激振的主频，从而选择合适 的激振器和振动参数对气吸式排种装置的排种性能试验。然后通过正交试验的方式对 影响气吸式免耕播种机播种质量的振动频率、振动加速度、真空压力三个因素进行试 验研究。最终获得播种机所受激振频率、振幅、真空压力与排种性能之间的关系。 试验结果表明: 影响玉米排种合格率的因素主次关系为加速度、频率、压力。影 响葵花排种合格率的因素主次关系为压力、加速度、频率。影响棉花排种合格率因素 主次关系为真空室内真空压力、频率、振动的加速度。玉米、葵花、棉花三种容重不 同的种子的排种性能进行分析可以得出如下结论：排种装置排容重较大，密度较高的 种子时，排种性能会受激振的影响而下降，排种装置在排容重较小，堆积密度较低的 种子时，排种装置的排种性能会有因激振效应有所上升。尤其是对于葵花这类外形尺 寸比较不规则的容重较小的种子，效果更为明显。 关键词：振动；气吸式排种装置；免耕播种机；性能试验 基金项目：内蒙古自治区自然科学基金项目（2009zd11 ） Study on Air-suction Seed Metering Device under Vibration Conditions Abstract In this paper the reasearch object is a air-suction seeder for conservation tillage. First, the research aims at testing the vibration of the seeding maching which is used in protective cultivation farmland during working process. And analyze the vibration signal by Frequency domain signals and determine basic frequency, amplitude, acceleration of the excitation. Then design a test bed to simulate the vibration according to the analyze. The last step is to research the Sowing Performance of the seed metering device under vibration conditions by means of orthogonal test arrangement.
