Within 28 days of receipt of this Letter of Acceptance you are required to provide the Performance Security in the form detailed in Sub-Clause 10.1 of the Conditions of Contract for an amount equivalent to Uzbek Soum 3,595,419,967 (three billion, five hundred and ninety five million, four hundred and nineteen thousand, nine hundred and sixty seven). The validity of the Performance Security is to be in accordance with the provisions of Sub-Clause 10.2 of the Conditions of Contract. On receipt of an acceptable Performance Security you will be invited to sign the Agreement. In accordance with Clause 41.1 of the Conditions of Contract we expect to issue the Notice to Commence within 56 days of issue of this Letter of Acceptance. The date of issue of the Notice to Commence will be the start of the Contract Period.
