XXX综合办公楼结构设计计算书.doc

摘 要 本次毕业设计为综合办公楼设计，总建筑面积6570.72m2,主体六层，抗震设防烈度为7度。本设计主要分为建筑设计和结构设计两部分。结构设计部分包括手算和电算两部分。建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据设计任务书的要求，综合考虑基地环境、使用功能、综合选型、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑艺术及经济等。从整体入手，力求创造一个新颖大方的建筑，在建筑处理手法上强调办公的特点同时考虑到场地要求、绿化设施、其它功能要求，以及周围建筑物的影响，设计时采用“L”型。在这一部分内容中，考虑到当今能源的紧缺，建筑节能也逐渐成为了一种发展趋势，因此在本次设计过程中也进行了节能设计。 结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案；选择合理的结构体系；进行结构布置，并初步估算，确定结构构件尺寸，进行结构计算。本设计采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，基础采用柱下独立基础，承重体系为横向承重框架体系。竖向荷载作用下的内力计算采用分层法，水平荷载作用下的内力计算采用D值法。对框架内力进行组合，得出框架梁柱的控制内力，进而完成了梁柱截面的配筋计算。另外还进行了基础及楼梯的设计.在截面设计中为了得到一个较优的截面尺寸，提高设计的经济性在初选截面尺寸时进行了比选构件截面尺寸。最后还借助于PKPM软件，对整个结构体系进行了电算。 关键词：建筑设计;结构设计;分层法;D值法;PKPM电算 ABSTRACT This design is a integrated building . The total building area of this project is 6570.72 square meter,this subject is of six shones high, earthquake is just think about for seven degree. There are two parts in this paper, architecture design and structure design. Structure design includes the calculation by hand and the calculation by computer. In the architecture design,I compressively consider the base averment using faction, structure type, construction building materials equipment architecture economy and architecture art and so on . Holistic approach, and strive to create a new generosity of the construction,. in the design of overall planning office and taking into ask and afforest as far as place is concerned the influence of facility, other function requirement and as well as around building, adopt design “L”type. In this part of the contents, taking into account the current energy shortage, building energy efficiency have gradually become a development trend, in this design process have also carried out energy-saving design. In the structure design, determine the structure design based on architecture first design. Select the right structure type.
