农村教师专业发展影响因素之的分析__--__以甘肃省白银市靖远县为个案.pdf

摘 要 农村教师专业发展问题关系着农村基础教育质量的高低，是当前基础教育改 革中亟待解决的问题。本研究以甘肃省白银市靖远县农村教师为个案，在梳理相 关文献的基础上，采用自编问卷和访谈提纲，通过对该县七个乡镇，十七所学校 的820位农村教师的问卷调查、30位教师及17位校长的深度访谈，辅助以实际 观察和资料收集，对靖远县农村教师专业发展的现状进行了研究，探讨了当前影 响农村教师专业发展的主要因素及其存在的原因，并在此基础上提出了具有针对 性的对策和建议。 研究结果表明： 1. 教师学习是影响农村教师专业发展的首要因素。 2. 任职学校对农村教师专业发展有着很大的影响，教师受学校制度所限， 不得不重复某些低效的事务，挤占了教师的学习时间，使教师难以顾及自己的专 业发展。 3. 教师培训对农村教师专业发展有着较大的影响，当前的教师培训在一定 程度上脱离了实际的教学，难以满足教师的实际需求。 4. 教师待遇对农村教师专业发展有一定的影响。 基于以上结果，本研究对如何促进农村教师专业发展提出了建议和措施，主 要包括：各级教育行政管理部门及学校要把教师的学习作为重中之重的事情来 抓，为教师的学习无条件提供各种支持；教师专业发展是任职学校的永恒主题， 学校要为教师的发展提供制度上的保障；教师培训要立足于教师的长远发展、自 主发展等。 关键词：农村教师； 教师专业发展； 影响因素 II A Study of influencing factors on Professional development of teachers in rural areas ——A Case Study in Jingyuan County of Baiyin City in Gansu Province Abstract The issue of Rural teacher professional development is the key of the basic educations quality which is the most pressing issue in rural areas. In this study, rural teachers chosen from Jingyuan County of Baiyin City in Gansu Province.After learning data, the status of Jingyuan Countys rural teachers is studied by the self Questionnaire, the outline of the interview, actual observation and data collection. 820 teachers had questionnaires and 30 teachers and 17 Vice-Directors accepted interviews, which were form 17 schools in seven county towns. The study carried out the important and the main reasons of the current professional development of teachers in rural areas, which is the basis of my targeted measures and suggestions.
