61. 不同成熟度烤烟的安全特性研究∗ 1、2 1 1、4 1 3 2 王勇 ,周冀衡 ,肖志新 ,杨虹琦 ,毛建华 ,郭紫明 (1.常德卷烟厂技术中心 湖南常德 415000;2.湖南农业大学烟草工程技术研究中心 湖南长沙 410128; 3. 湖南中烟工业公司科技部 湖南长沙 410007;4. 云南省保山市烟草公司 云南保山 678000) 摘 要:为了探明不同成熟度对烤烟品质和安全性的影响,本文以烤烟品种 G80 为材料,研究了相同生长 条件下不同成熟度烤烟中主要化学成分和与安全性相关化学指标的差异。结果表明,欠熟烤烟的品质和可 用性均低于适熟烤烟;适熟烤烟中水溶性糖、石油醚提取物、挥发酸等含碳化合物含量大多比过熟烤烟高, 而烟碱、总氮、挥发碱等含氮化合物含量大多比过熟烤烟低;过熟烤烟的焦油含量虽明显降低,但稠环芳 烃化合物的释放量却与适熟烤烟差异不明显。在以中式烤烟型卷烟为主的市场条件下,将烤烟生产和采购 成熟度控制在适熟为好。 关键词:成熟度;烤烟;安全性;焦油;稠环芳烃 中图分类号:S572.01 文献标识码:A Influence on the Different Maturity to Quality and Security of the Flue-cured Tobacco 1 2 1 2 3 ZHOU Jiheng ,WANG Yong , YANG Hongqi ,XIAO Zhixin ,Mao Jianhua , 1 Guo Ziming 1.Technology Center of Changde Cigarette Factory,Changde 415000 ;2. China Tobacco Hunan Industrial Corporation ,Changsha 410007 Abstract: In order to explore influence on the different maturity to quality and security of the flue-cured tobacco, difference of chemical components that relate to quality and security in the flue-cured tobacco with different maturity of growing under a consistent condition is reseached by taking cultivar G80 as trial materials. The results demonstrate that the quality and usability of unripe tobacco leaves are lower than mellow leaves.
