混凝土中辅助胶凝组分的研究进展 张 震 1，高文元 1，2* （1.大连工业大学纺织与材料工程学院，辽宁 大连 116034；2.辽宁新材料与材料改性重点实验室，辽宁大连:116034） 摘 要：利用多孔结构且主要成分为天然活性SiO2的硅藻土、类火山灰效应的矿渣和粉煤灰以及加速水泥水化的硅灰，通过多组分复掺工艺，可开发出能够大比例替代水泥的建筑胶凝材料，真正实现固体废弃物的循环利用。多组分复掺后形成的多元相效应，优化了料浆的工作性并提高了样品的强度、耐久性等性质。但其早期强度增长缓慢的问题和参与复掺的辅助胶凝材料的种类、比例、物化性质等参数的探讨将成为以后研究工作的重点。 关键词：火山灰效应；硅藻土；粉煤灰；矿渣；硅灰 Advances in Supplementary Cementitious Materials for Concrete ZHANG Z hen 1, GAO Wenyuan 1.2 (1.School of Textile and Material Engineering,Dalian Polytechnic University,Dalian Liaoning 116034,China;2.Key Laboratory for Advanced Materials and Material Modification of Liaoning Province,Dalian Liaoning 116034,China) Abstract: Exploiting the porous structure and active natural SiO2 of diatomite, pozzolanic effect of fly ash and slag, and silica fume which accelerating the hydration of cement, supplemented by the multiple mixing process of supplementary cementitious materials, new building cementitious materials which can replace cement on larger proportion have been produced, the recycling of solid waste has been achieved. After the formation of the multiple phase effect of multicomponent mixed, this prompt slurry has excellent workability and to increase the strength, durability and other properties for the samples. Different Supplementary cementitious materials can get the goal function, the largest proportion of the replacement on cement and reduce the production cost. But the slow growth of early strength needs to be improved. The focus of research work will be the types, proportions, physicochemical properties for the multi-mixture of different supplementary cementitious materials in the future.
