华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 论 文 摘 要 大都市区是一个国家和地区经济发达的城市化区域 它在区域发展中处于 龙 头 的地位 并对区域经济 社会和文化等产生多方面的影响 大都市区是现代城 市发展的一个新的空间单元 它将成为中国城市化进程中最引人注目的地区 同时 也是中国未来城市发展最具活力的地区 大都市区的出现将对原有的城市空间形态 与城市 区域空间结构提出新的要求和挑战 目前 我国大都市区发展过程中 各 种矛盾也正以各种形式表现出来 城市基础设施短缺 失业率居高不下 城市社会 极化以及城市蔓延 郊区土地浪费严重等一系列问题 在这些背景下 开展以我国 大都市区为对象的空间结构的演化及其调控的研究变得尤为迫切 具有理论意义和 现实意义 不仅能为开展大都市区空间发展战略规划提供理论依据 还能引导我国 大都市区空间结构朝合理化方向发展提供思路 该文在综述了相关理论依据和相关研究的基础上 分析了国外大都市区空间结 构的演化 进而总结了国外大都市区空间结构演化的一般性结论 接着对我国大都 市区空间结构演化的特征 问题 趋势和理性趋向做出了判断分析 所有这些都作 为探讨分析我国大都市区空间结构演化的调控的基础依据 关于我国大都市区空间 结构演化的调控 本文首先分析了调控的基本理念 继而介绍了一些国外最新的空 间发展策略 从而为我国的空间发展提供思路 在此基础上 提出了我国大都市区 的空间结构演化的调控策略 最后一章以武汉为例做实证研究 先界定了武汉大都 市区 然后对武汉大都市区空间结构的演化做了现状评析 分析了武汉大都市区空 间结构发展趋势 在此基础上提出了武汉大都市区空间结构演化的调控策略 关键词 大都市区 城市空间结构 大都市区空间结构 空间结构形态 演化 调控 武 汉 I 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 论 文 Abstract Metropolitan area (MA) is an urbanized region of an economically developed country and region. It be placed in the position of “group leader” in the development of the region and bring about various influence on the economy society and cultural etc in the region. MA is a new spatial unit of development in modern city. It will become the most eye-catcher region in Chinese urbanization; also it is the region that has the most vitality on urban development in Chinese future.
