围绝经期综合征者体质类型与中医证型的相关性分析.pdfVIP

成都中医药大学硕士研究生论文 中 文 摘 要 【目的】 通过临床调查收集关于围绝经期综合征患者的临床资料，观察围绝经期综 合征患者常见体质类型与中医证型，初步探讨患者体质类型与中医证型的特点及 二者之间的关系。 【方法】 收集2009 年9 月—2010 年3 月就诊于四川省中医医院及四川省人民医院符 合围绝经期综合征诊断的患者116 例，填写相关临床调查表，判定体质类型和证 型，采用spss16.0 软件包进行数据的管理。 【结果】 1. 本组围绝经期综合征的中医证型分布如下：肾阴虚型45 例（38.79% ）；肾阳 虚型10 例（8.62% ）；肾阴阳两虚型10 例（8.62% ）；肝郁型35 例（30.18% ）； 肝肾阴虚型16 例（13.79%）。 2. 本组围绝经期综合征患者的体质类型分布如下：平和质6 例（5.17% ）；气虚 质5 例（4.31% ）；阳虚质10 例（8.62% ）；阴虚质42 例（36.21% ）；痰湿质2 例（1.72%）；湿热质17 例（14.66%）；瘀血质2 例（1.72%）；气郁质32 例 （27.59% ）。 3. 本组资料统计结果提示体质是证型的影响因素（P0.05 ），各体质的证型分布 存在差异，其中阴虚质多见肾阴虚型（P0.05 ）；气郁质多见肝郁型（P0.05 ）； 湿热质多见肝郁证型（P0.05 ）。 【结论】 1. 肾阴虚型、肝郁型与肝肾阴虚型是围绝经期综合征的常见证型。 2. 阴虚质、气郁质是围绝经期综合征患者的主要体质类型，湿热质次之。 3. 阴虚质的围绝经期综合征患者中医证型多为肾阴虚型；气郁质的围绝经期综 合征患者中医证型多为肝郁型；湿热质的围绝经期综合征患者中医证型多为 肝郁证型。 【关键词】围绝经期综合征 体质类型 中医证型 1 成都中医药大学硕士研究生论文 Abstract 【Objective 】 To observe common TCM syndrome and TCM physical type of perimenopausal syndrome by way of collecting clinical data about perimenopausal syndrome, to discuss the physique and the characteristics of type of TCM syndrome of the patients and the relationship between them. 【Methods 】116 cases which were accord with the diagnostic standard of perimenopausal and were visited in Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM and Sichuan Provincial Peoples Hospital in September 2009 to March 2010 were collected.
