The Establishment of The Concept of Insomnia with The State of Spiritual Malaise and The Study on Pathogenesis Speciality：Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Author ：Zhang Mingming Tutor：Professor Qi Xianghua Abstract Objective：For many years experience in our teacher clinical basis,this study was to define the concept of Insomnia with the State of spiritual malaise and to construct the quantitative indicators for it,and to explore the pathogenesis of insomnia with the state of spiritual malaise,so as to provide ideas and methods for the assessment and clinical intervention of insomnia with the state of spiritual malaise.Methods ：With the guidance of the theory of psychological measurement, we established the structure and entry of insomnia with the state of spiritual malaise by means of gathering the medical record about this such patient and handling it by statistics, then the questionnaires were formed. Finally, doing research on the pathogenesis of insomnia with the state of spiritual malaise, through literature research and summarizing clinical experience.Conclusion ：The results showed that the scale had good clinical utility and good reliability and validation. It provided accurate measurement tools for the insomniacs with the state of spiritual malaise.After defining the concept of Insomnia with the State of spiritual malaise,and doing research on pathogenesis, it creatively elaborated the relevance of wuzhi and insomnia with the state of spiritual malaise, and perfect the system of building the differentiation and treatment of insomnia.
