All of the patients the fracture healing time about 8 and 14 weeks, and the average 11 weeks. Patients at a mean of 12 weeks basic be totally weight walk, and no significant functional discomfort, or life obstacles. The ankle-all the AOFAS after scoring standards system score enough, after only one patient appear after long walk pain performance, with mild ankle function obstacle 。Conclusion：Ⅳ degrees to spin the type screw before ankle fractures of the patients, timely proper anatomical repositioning and accurate strong internal fixation is restorepatients normal anatomy and restore ankle good function of the ankle foundation 。 Key Words Ankle ；Fracture ；Spin the type Ⅳ degrees before spin ；Surgical treatment 。
