The Clinical Observation on 62 Cases Treated by Buxue Yangxin Tuina Therapy For Cervical-heart syndrome Speciality:Acupuncture Moxibustion and Tuina Author:Jicun Qian Tutor:Prof. Ji Yuan Abstract Purpose:To observe and research the clinical efficacy of Tuina for treatment cervical-heart syndrome and its mechanism. Method:62 cases of the cervical-heart syndrome patients were randomly chosen and divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group. Each group contained 31 cases.The Observation group with Buxue Yangxin massage treatment and the control group taking traditional Chinese medicine Flavored puerarin soup. Result ：The group of the Buxue Yangxin Tuina get a good curative effect compared with the Control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group group was 93.55%,and the Control group was 74.19%,there are significantly different P 0.05 .Compared with the symptoms improve integral change,there are significantly different between the experimental group and the Control. Conclusion：The method of Buxueyangxin Tuina can improve the symptom of the shoulder neck area and the area before the heart effectively.And the method of Buxueyangxin Tuina has no paining, patients can accept it easily.It is a good method and worth to using it curing the cervical-heart syndrome.
