Clinical Observation Of Panax Notoginseng Saponins jointing ′ Aspirin s Treatment Of Cerebral infarction Speciality:Hormonology of TCM Author:Piao Meishun Tutor:Prof.Yan Xiaoyan Abstract Objictive:This study selected notoginseng saponins （PNS ）joint Aspirin and use of Aspirin alone or notoginseng saponins for the treatment of Cerebral infarction, observed the on hemorheology and carotid intimamedia thickness of the influence of learning, so as to discusse PNS joint Aspirin application clinical effectiveness and safety. Metehods: The 84 cases 0f clinically diagnosed as elderly patients with Cerebral infarction was divided into three groups randomly, including Aspirin group, 29 cases, 100mg/d PO.;PNS group of 27 cases, 200mg general oral panax notoginseng, tid ,PO.and Sanqi ( panax notoginseng) saponins joint Aspirin 28 cases,the jointed use of Aspirin 100mg/d PO,and panax notoginseng 200mg, tid PO. Three groups were observed for six months. Three groups were observed Nerve function improvement,sickness′S change, detection prothrombin time (PT), prothrombin time international standardization ratio (PT - INR), D - dimers (D - D), platelet aggregation function (PAgT), allergic creactive protein (CRP) and Carotid intima-media thickness. And to do bolld rution ,urine routine,feces routine , feces occult blood as well as liver and kidney function tests,statistical analysis to determine the efficacy and safety. Results: Clinical observation found that three groups all can improve patients with symptomatic, significantly extend PT, reduce PT - INR, D - D, PAgT and hs – CRP. Three groups of comparison, notoginseng saponins prolonged PT effect is
