Abstract
Objectives: Observation of effects of Zuojin Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of the
cold-heat jumble of bile reflux gastritis clinical efficacy, and to explore its mechanism.
Methods: Zuojin Xiexin Decoction could obviously improve the clinical symptoms
of the patients, the efficacy of display: experimental group total effective rate was 96.67%,
compared to the control group in the total efficiency was 80%, the effect of two groups by
rank sum test, P 0.05, the test group was more effective than the control group. Under the
effect of gastroscopy: experimental group total effective rate was 93.33%, total effective
rate was 76.67% in control group, two groups of efficacy by rank sum test, P 0.05,
experimental group is better than that of control group.
Results: Zuojin Xiexin Decoction could obviously improve the clinical symptoms of
the patients, clinical symptoms: control group, the total efficiency of 96.67% for the
experimental group, the total efficiency of 80%, two groups of the rank sum test, P 0.05,
the test group was more effective than the control group; under the effect of gastroscopy:
control group, the total efficiency of 93.33% the test group, the total efficiency of 76.67%,
two groups of the rank sum test, P 0.05, experimental group is better than that of control
group.
Conclusion: Zuojin Xiexin Decoction and Weilikang particles on the cold-heat
jumble of bile reflux gastritis has good curative effect, and Zuojin Xiexin Decoction
curative effect is better than that of Weilikang, worthy of further research and promotion.
