Methods:All Premenstual syndrome patients were investigated by epidemic cross-sectionnal survey method.The subjects under the direction of the instructor to write general questionnaire ,state-trait anger inventory 2(STAXI- Ⅱ) and symptom questionnaire on a one-time,and the instructor withdraw the questionnairews at that time. The instructor after organize the data of the questionnaire and then statistical analysis of Anger-in and anger-out between the symptom of Premenstual syndrome by the statistical method of spearman linear correlation Rusults: The symptoms of Premenstual syndrome which be closed related with anger-out are that irritability , offensive,make things diffcult, unprovoked firing,emotional fluctuations,language behavior out of control,not concentrate,eyes be red, tongue sores, pharyngeal foreign body sensation,chest tightness ,shortness of breath,good sigh, flank fullness, eat less, eructation, hiccups,hungry and not want to eat,indigestion,fart,red urine,back and knee tired,include blood clots and dark purple color of the menstrual ，white leuc
