Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of new Xuefu zhuyu soft capsule on the Signs
of Blood Stasis and the levels of VEGF and bFGF in the Coronary Heart Disease.
Method 80 cases of CHD were randomly divided in to a treatment group and a
control group 40 cases in each one. In control group, the conventional western
medicine was applied. In treatment group, on the basis of the treatment as
control group, the modified xuefu zhuyu capsule was added. The medication was
administered for four weeks in two groups. Before and after treatment the signs
o f blood stasis were observed and levels were determined in two groups. Result
After treatment, the signs of blood stasis were relieved in either group, The
total effective rate in treatment group is obviously higher than that in
control group .After treatment,the level of VEGF and bFGF in both groups were
obviously higher than before (P 0.05) ; compared with the control group after
taking medicine , the treatment group after taking medicine has a obvious
higher level of VEGF and bFGF (P 0.05). Conclusion New Xuefu zhuyu soft
capsule can relieves the signs o f blood stasis and elevate the levels of serum
VEGF, bFGF, facilitating the building of the subordinate circulatory system
of coronary . It can improve the lack of oxygen in the cardiacmuscle in order
to cure coronary heart disease.
