The Study of Relationship between the Tongue Manifestation with the Related Factors of Infantile Pneumonia Speciality：Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Autor ：Gao Jinjin Tutor：Professor Zhang Baoqing Abstract Objective：Through related research of infantile pneumonia about Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndromes,the severity of disease,the course of disease and laboratory examination to provide objective basis for the syndrome differentiation of TCM on infantile pneumonia. Methods ：Adopt the TCM tongue instrument of DS01-B in the condition of eliminating diet,scraping the tongue and excluding other interference factors,collect and analyze the pneumonia children and healthy children which are met the inclusion criteria. The collection is observed from the 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 day’s tongue image,and the patients’ clinical symptoms,signs,TCM syndromes,MP-IgM and routine blood test’s results is recorded. Result: At last we collected about 134 cases of pneumonia patients as pneumonia group and 30 cases as health group. The distribution of the two groups’ tongue shape has no obvious difference and the tongue shape of the two groups is normal. The distribution of the tongue color, the tongue coating color and tongue coating nature of the two groups has obvious difference. Most of healthy children tongue color is light red, the tongue coating color is white and the tongue coating nature is thin.Most of pneumonia patients tongue color is red.The tongue color has close relationship with TCM syndromes, the severity of disease ,the course of disease and has no relationship with MP infection and routine blood test. Most of pneumonia patients tongue coating color is yellow.The tongue co
