The Evaluation and research of Chinese Medicine External application therapy on pediatric Pneumonia Chuansou whichthe syndrome are Wind-Heat, Phlegm-heat closed the Lung Speciality:Chinese Academy of Pediatrics Author:XuzhihaioDongju Tutor:Drected by professor cao hong Abstract Objective：By the basis of conventional treatment, use fuxiongsan in addition to treat pediatric Pneumonia Chuansou which the syndrome are Wind-Heat, Phlegm-heat closed the Lung, Evaluate clinical effect of Chinese Medicine External application therapy on pediatric Pneumonia Chuansou Methods: Totally Receive 120 cases which conform the diagnostic standards on pediatric Pneumonia Chuansou which the syndrome are Wind-Heat, Phlegm-heat closed the Lung,and divide them randomly into test group with 65cases and control group with 55cases.The control group adopt Basic treatment and plus external use Chinese Medicine “fuxiongsan” whlie the test group only the basic treatment.And observe of the disease about symptoms and signs. Results: The results show that,The total effective rate of two groups are 100%on average,But the cure rate of the control group is 84.4%,while the test group is 60.7%, The control group is better than the test group.And the contol group in wind heat closed the lung is 85.2%,while the test group is 59.1%.The contol group in phlegm heat closed the lung is 84.8%,while the test group is 61.8%. Contol group is better than the test group in total effect,total score after treatment,cough, tanyong,asthma,plumonary rales after treatment and the difference has statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine external treatment method have significant effect in treating children with Pneumonia Chuanso
