  the Effect of Sangxian antihypertensive Granule on Serum Homocysteine and High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein of Essential Hypertension Patients who was Diagnosed as Kidney Asthenia and Blood Stasis Specialty: Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine Author: Wang XiLiang Tutor: Prof. Zhang Yunhui Abstract Objective: To study the effect of Sangxian antihypertensive Granule on Serum Homocysteine and high sensitivity C-reactive Protein of essential hypertension by giving medicine intervention ，who was diagnosed as kidney asthenia and blood stasis. Methods: 80 cases patients with Essential hypertension were randomly divided into the control group the experiment group, each group of 40 cases. The control group was given 5mg Amlodipine Besylate Tablets, whose trade name was AnNeiZhen. The experiment group was given SangXian antihypertensive granule on the basis of the control group. After 4 weeks treatment, compare the changes of each group on blood pressure level, the Chinese medicine symptom, Hcy and Hs-CRP levels. Results: Compared with the contral group ,test group can significantly lower hypertension patients blood pressure levels ( P 0.05 ) ,Hs-CRP levels ( P 0.05) , TG, TC , LDL -C levels , and increased HDL-C levels .but they have no significant difference in Hcy. Conclusion：SangXian antihypertensive granule combined with conventional western medicine can significantly improve the patients with essential hypertension in Chinese dialectic belongs to the level of blood pressure and kidney blood stasis , improving clinical symptoms, regulate blood lipid levels , lower Hs-CRP levels ,bu
