The Clinical Study on angina pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease Treated with The Method of YI–QI-YANF-YIN-HUO-XUE Speciality: Internal medicine of TCM Author: Wang Xuemei Tutor: Professor Gao Hongchun Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the prescription of YI –QI –YANG- YIN-HUO-XUE on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods: 60 patients of angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group (30cases) and control group (30cases). TONG-XIN-LUO capsule was given to the control group. The treatment group ones were dosed with the prescription of YI-QI-YANG-YIN-HUO-XUE. The influences of clinical effect, ECG and laboratory indexes on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Results: In the treatment group,the total effective rates of relieving angina ，improving ECG and meliorating symptoms were respectively 90%,80% and 90%;the corresponding remarkable rates were respectively 40%,36.7%,43.3%.The effective rates of relieving angina and meliorating symptoms were significantly better than those of the control group(p ＜0.05).The level of TG，LDL-C ，blood viscosity were decreased remarkably in the treatment group ，which were statistically different compared with those of the control group(p ＜0.05).Conclusion: the prescription of YI- QI- YANG- YIN-HUO-XUE can obtain more remarkable curative effect on treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
