Clinical research on the treatment of wet gangrene of Diabetes Foot by washing with jieduxiyao Speciality: Peripheral Vascular Diseases,Surgery of TCM Author: Guo Yujing Tutor: Prof.Zhang Henglong Abstract Objective ：Evaluating objectively the clinical efficacy and to make far-ranging clinical use of jieduxiyao which has special effect in treating wet gangrene of Diabetes Foot by fumigating and wash the foot .And study its mechanism.Methods ：60 patiets are divided into two groups , treating group (30) and collator group (30) bu the method of random sampling . The treating group fumigates and washes the disease-foot before dressing change, and the collator group covers the disease foot with wet insulin solution .and 1 month as a circle treatment.to observe the clinical curative effect of depleting decay, regenerating tissue and the disorder of microcirculation in all patents .Results ：in the end of the treatment , the eligible cases in treating group and collator group were 28 and 27 respectively. The totle effective rates of 2 groups were 92.8%and 77.8%. The significant effective rates were 85.7% and 48.1% respectively . there were significant difference between the two groups .the treating group was better than the collator group in the time of depleting decay ,the local symtom and manifestion, and the regenerating tissue etc , P0.05.Conclution ：there were significant effects for jieduxiyao in the treatment of wet gangrene of Diabetes Foot. It was good for depleting decay from the disease-foot; improving the microcirculation of
