Experimental study and Cases analysis of blood detoxification treatment in children with Nephrotic Syndrome Speciality：Chinese Pediatrics Author ：Liang Xuechao Tutor：Prof ．Pan Yueli Abstract Objective: Through experimental study to verify the effect of using blood deto xification treatment in nephritic syndrome and through clinical case analysis to sum mary the treatment characteristics, and to initially explore its mechanism. Method: Using review of research methods to collect clinical data, combined with animal stu dies, and using SPSS17.0 statistical software to analysis such as frequency analysis, rank sum test, X2 test and nonparametric test and draw the statistical conclusions. Result: 1. Experimental Study: After the experiment, the generally condition of su rvival of rats in control group, model group, Western group and TCM group have no significant differences, but the model group has a higher mortality rate than oth er groups; TCM group can decrease the blood D-dimmer to improve the coagulatio n status, and can improve renal pathological state; from the mean and standard dev iation of view, there is a certain degree of improvement of hypoproteinemia and hy perlipidemia, but each group has no significant difference. 2. Clinical Research: The children with nephrotic syndrome who had been used the blood detoxification treat ment have a history of repeated relapse; main clinical symptoms by frequency are: Urine with more foam, pitting edema,
