Clinical Research on the Treatment of Cervical spondylosis of Vertebral artery type （CSA ）by applying Tong-Du and Yi-Nao massage therapy as the main Tuina Method. Speciality: Tuina of TCM Author:Li Chuncheng Tutor: Professor Wang Daoquan Abstract Objective: Based on the objective indicators of scoring the TCD and symptoms, to study the clinical effect of applying “Tong-Du and Yi-Nao massage therapy”as the main method to treat Cervical spondylosis of Vertebral artery type （CSA ）and explore the mechanism. Methods: 60 patients diagnosed as Cervical spondylosis of Vertebral artery type （CSA ）were divided into two groups at random. Among them ,the test group(30) treated by “Tong-Du and Yi-Nao massage therapy” as the main method ；the control group(30) treated by Sibelium Medicine Treatment .The difference in improvement of TCD ,symptoms and physical signs was observed between the patients of two groups after therapy. Results:There are remarkable differences in the improvement of TCD, symptoms and physical signs between the two groups after therapy (p 0.01), and no obvious differences in VA （s ）、VA （m ）、VA （PI ）and BA （s ）（P0.05 ）, and remarkable differences are found after therapy on VA （d ）、BA （d ）、BA （m ）、BA （PI ）、symptoms and physical signs. （P0.01 ），the total effective rate of the test group is 100.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 93.33%,the test group is superior to the control group. Conclusion ：The improvement of TCD , symptoms and physical signs after the therapy of applying “Tong-Du and Yi-Nao massage therapy”as the main method in treating Cervical spondylosis of Vertebral artery type （CSA ） is superior to the Sibelium. “Tong-Du and Yi-Nao massage therapy”as t
