The Clinical Research of the Influence of Du-Moxibustion across Ginger and Garlic to Bone Gamma in Treating AS Speciality：Acupuncture and Moxibustion Author ：Song pan Tutor ：Zhang tong Abstract Object: To observe the clinical curative effect and adverse events of Du-Moxibustion across ginger and garlic in treating Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS), this study is to analyze the impact evaluation of the BGP , and to explore a new idea and way for treatment of AS. Method: 60 patients with AS were divided into treatment group and control group at random. 30 cases were treated with Du-Moxibustion across garlic and ginger therapy, while the other 30 cases were treated with Du-Moxibustion across ginger therapy. Each group was treated 3 times in all and was treated once a month. The changes of symptoms, signs and BGP of patients were observed before and after the treatment and analyzed with statistic method to draw conclusions. Result: 1. Symptom-score comparison before and after the treatment had a greatly significant difference (P0.01) in each group, comparison between the two groups had significant difference (P0.05), and the treatment group is better than the control group. 2. Sign-score comparison before and after treatment showed significant difference (P0.05) in each group, comparison between the two groups showed no significant difference (P0.05) after the treatment. 3. BGP before and after the treatment had very significant differences (P0.01) in each group; between the two groups there was a significant differences (P0.05). 4. Both of the two methods can improve the clinical symptoms (P0.05) effectively, The efficient rate of the treatment group was 90 ％and the control group was 80 ％. 5.
