Clinical Study of Dysmenorrhea with Xiangyanzhitong Decoction Speciality : Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author : Li Na Tutor : Prof. Wang Dongmei Abstract Objective： To explore the curative effect and mechanism of Hanning Blood Stasis primary dysmenorrhea cured by Xiangyanzhitong Decoction, and observation period pain patients with the period, the TXB2 venous 6-keto-PGF1α value of the differences. Methods ： Select the Primary dysmenorrhea patients with blood stasis syndrome haemorrheological nature of primary in 40 cases, and the 10 cases patients without dysmenorrheal and pelvic B super no abnormalities, a total of 50 cases. Two groups of patients in menstrual cycle by fasting day 1, TXB2 determination venous 6-keto-PGF1α level, then process statistical analysis. 40cases period pain patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group 20 cases and control in 20 cases. The treatment group patients are treated by Xiangyanzhitong Decoction, the control group are given Shaofuzhuyu capsule, continuous treatment are three menstrual cycles. Compared level of pain, continuous period time and other clinical symptoms ,between the two groups of patients before and after one, two and three treatment, than analysis the statistics. Results ： ①In the treatment group, the efficiency rate of abdominal pain was 90%, while in the control group 70%. There was significant difference between the two groups in abdominal pain curative effects. (P ﹤0.05)②In the treatment group, the total efficiency rate was 90%,while in the control one 75%. There was significant difference in their total effects.(P ﹤ 0.05). ③ The difference average
