This paper introduces the digital storage oscilloscope basic concept and principle, describe the design of a simple microcontroller-based digital storage oscilloscope hardware and software implementation process, and achieved through the commissioning function and the main technical indicators. The hardware is composed of MCU system, input conditioning circuitry, ADC converter, memory, keypad and LCD display component. AT89S52 MCU implementation process is the control center, 62256 for the memory, through the ADC, real-time sampling to achieve the extraction of the input signal and for digital storage, display and the corresponding key function. Software in part by the main program and subroutine modules, the main achievement of the A / D converter start and the sampling data storage, frequency and amplitude of the calculation, the control buttons and LCD screen. Program is in keil uVision integrated development environment written using C language, modular programming makes the program readable and easy to maintain. Finally, protel 99SE digital oscilloscope designed and produced printed circuit board PCB. And completed the prototype of the production and debugging.
