中文摘要 本研究是根据历代医家对咳嗽与痰饮的主要论述，将临床搜集 400 个老年人咳 嗽的病案，按中医证型分类，并分析老年人咳嗽的特点，举例说明“温化痰饮” 在治疗老年人咳嗽的临床运用。 目的是研究如何运用中医传统理论与经验治疗老人呼吸系统疾病的“因痰饮所 引起的咳嗽”部分者，盼能裨益相关患者延长老人寿命并提高生活质量。 关键词 ： 老年人、 咳嗽、 痰饮、 温化法 ABSTRACT This article is study the argument of “cough ”、“phlegmatic and fluid retention” of Chinese ancient physicians on the grounds of traditional Chinese Medicine. Collecting 400 clinical cases of cough of aged, classified with Chinese medicine pattern differentiated, and analysis the character of aged cough. Then demonstration by clinical cases explain how the application of “warming and eliminating the phlegmatic and fluid retention” in treatment aging cough. The objectives are sum up the historic experiences of the medical treatment that could promote the effects of the method of “warming and eliminating the phlegmatic and fluid retention” in treatment aging cough. Furthermore, increase the life and living quality of aged.
