Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect manipulative reduction and the plastic
Ultra-wrist splint treatment of the middle and lower fracture of ulna and
radius, in the prevention of further displacement and fracture reduction
aspects, healing, forearm function recovery Efficacy.
Methods To devide 60 patients into treatment group of 30 patients and
the control group of 30 patients.The treatment group used plastic splint
fixation Ultra-wrist treatment, while the control group using conventional
4-in-1 splint for the treatment, after treatment in the same day, one week
and two weeks two fractures on the further displacement, the situation of
fractures compared to, after 2 months and 4 months respectivelyfra
