After that, the paper anatomizes the distribution of world petroleum resources, multinational oil corporatio ns MAs and combining, and analyzing the feasibility of Chinese utilizing world petroleum resource, through environment research about Chinese petroleum enterprises multinational operating activities. Drawing lessons from successful experiences of the western multinational oil corporations, the paper put forward the choice strategies and the recommendable countermeasures for Chinese petroleum enterprises.
